Discover the "Me as a dish" in Art Therapy

🌈 Discover Yourself Creatively! 🎨 Dive into our latest Art Therapy method: «Me as a Dish.» Explore this unique self-discovery journey and unlock aspects of your personality like never before!

I want to share with you a unique and creative art therapy method that will help you better understand yourself and your relationship with the world around you.

This is the "Me as a Dish" method!

Goal:

To diagnose and correct your self-perception in a social environment.

Objectives:

  1. Stabilize self-esteem.
  2. Develop emotional and social intelligence.
  3. Accept and understand your strengths and weaknesses.

How does it work?

  • Envision a dish that mirrors your current state, temperament, habits, and how you see yourself from an outsider's perspective.
  • Express yourself using paints, foil, clay, or any materials at your disposal!
  • Allocate 40-45 minutes for this creative journey.

After crafting your dish:

  • Contemplate what you like and dislike about your creation.
  • Consider what makes your dish unique and what it reveals about you.
  • Evaluate the freshness, size, attractiveness, and temperature of the dish, and how these aspects relate to your self-perception.

Key Questions to Ponder:

  • What type of dish would you ideally like to feel like?
  • Which attributes of the "ideal" dish would you like to emulate?
  • Identify 2-3 actions you can take to align closer with the traits of your "ideal" dish.

This method is a gateway to new dimensions of self-knowledge and self-expression.
