Unlock the secrets to better health with our unique Health Matrix technique.
To perform this technique, the author recommends using the "Health Matrix". The "Health Matrix" consists of an outline of the human body and twenty frames for placing metaphorical cards.
Below the frames, the names of organs and functional systems of the body are written:
- Brain - Psyche - Nervous System - Immune System - Respiratory System - Lungs - Circulatory System - Heart - Lymphatic System - Excretory System- Kidneys - Endocrine System - Pancreas, Stomach - Gallbladder - Intestines - Liver - Spleen - Reproductive System - Skin - Musculoskeletal System
Example / Template
It is recommended to print the "Health Matrix" on a separate A4 sheet. The "Health Status Diagnosis" technique can draw the client's attention to obvious or yet hidden problems with the condition of internal organs, systems, and the overall tone of the organism. As a result, measures can be taken to restore one's health.
Attention! The results of the layout are advisory in nature for visiting the appropriate specialist.
The layout is not a tool for making a medical diagnosis! It does not replace a visit to a doctor, taking tests, and corresponding studies!
Procedure:
Spread the matrix on a flat surface.
For each position, the client draws from a deck of abstract metaphorical associative cards one card in secret, symbolizing the condition of a particular organ or system of the body.
Uncover the cards, carefully examine and describe the feelings, emotions, and sensations each card provoked. Usually, from the overall picture of the layout, problematic areas can be immediately identified. Such areas are "highlighted" by dark or, conversely, overly bright, ambiguous, and chaotically rhythmic cards
So, we have several positions that have caught our attention. Let's now consider the psychological causes of possible diseases. For this, you can take a universal deck of metaphorical cards. For each position in the layout that has raised concern, choose in secret 1-3 cards (optional), answering the question: "What are the causes of problems with this organ/system?" It should be noted that here you can see not only psychosomatic causes but also the lifestyle, actions of the person themselves, or circumstances that led to the health problem. Possible questions about the cards: "What do you see?", "What emotions, thoughts, memories does this evoke?", "What does this mean for you?" "What conclusions can be drawn?"
Armed with this information, you can adjust your lifestyle, visit a doctor or psychologist, and take the appropriate tests. At certain moments in life, such a technique can provide invaluable service to a person who monitors their health status. The abstract MAC deck can be replaced with any other, whose "language" you understand well.
